Apparently the cookie giant has been racking up some serious debt and reported an almost 11 million dollar net loss this past quarter. They are looking for ways out. I think the real reason is that they got wind of the news that I will now be selling my 3 different varieties of irresistible vegan (Dee Calf) cookies and they got scared.
